After going through some of the Micro Moments of a potential finance buyer, Orient Finance together with team Enfection recently worked on a creative approach to engage with them.
We used the annual budget announcement as a key moment and studied past budget related data to further understand the user behaviour and they created the world’s first Facebook based ‘budget-bot’ as a platform to answer queries related to the annual budget proposals.
The budget-bot was created in three phases
The budget-bot was placed and was accessible through Facebook, (a common platform used by 5.8mn Sri Lankans) in order to capitalise on the social chatter.
This was relatively a new concept for Sri Lankans but an exciting way to engage with potential clients whilst enhancing the customer experience when providing unique solutions for their budget related questions.
