Innovative methods of interaction
Friso is one of the world’s largest dairy cooperatives providing dairy based products for babies, toddlers and mothers.
Whilst Friso is a straight up dairy company, keeping their intended audiences engaged and educating them was key.
Educating young mothers on their babies gut health was of paramount important to Friso. Gut health by the nature of it is not an exciting topic, however the task was to educate the young mums via an FB based experience.
We developed an interactive Facebook based quiz, where users were able to take the quiz and obtain an understanding on children’s digestive issues, their causes, and how to deal with them. This was a new and innovative method to interact with young mums.
